  • The 9th International Meshing Roundtable took place October 2-5, 2000 in New Orleans, Louisiana, USA.

  • The VIII All-Russian Workshop on GRID GENERATION for Numerical Solution of the Problems of Mathematical Physics will be held in second half of July 2000 in Scientific Center Puschino near Moscow and will be devoted to the memory of academician A.F.Sidorov.   • ACM Symposium on Computational Geometry 2000 will Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, June 12 - June 14, 2000. The conference featured an applied track, a theoretical track, as well as a video review, and a Computational Topology Workshop.

  • The 2000 SIAM annual meeting, Puerto Rico, July 10-14, has several sessions on grid generation methods.
